Site scores are available on the Standard Plan only, plan upgrades can be made at any time from the Billing Panel.

πŸ’‘ Note: Only Manager and admin-level users will have access to site scores. Managers will only have access to the scores for the sites they are assigned to.

What are Site Scores?

Site scores give a numerical value to a site's performance to allow for benchmarking.

Scores are provided for each site and area, an average is provided for the organisation as a whole.

There are graphs at the top of the site scores page that track whether the average scores have increased or decreased.

Site scores can be organised into a Daily, Weekly, or Monthly view - tags can also be applied to apply further detail.

How are the scores calculated?

Ten points are awarded for completing on time, five for late and zero points for incomplete. The totals are then split over the number of tasks to produce a final average out of 10.

If one site is consistently scoring lower than other sites, they're either not completing their tasks on time - or - there's an issue with how their tasks are scheduled. Either way, Scores should give valuable insight into managing your multi-site operations.

How are score colours calculated in the report?

The current scoring thresholds are:

  • Scores of 9.6 or higher are green

  • Scores between 7.6 - 9.5 are shades of orange

  • Scores of 7.5 or lower are a shade of red

πŸ’‘ Note: Grey Scores appear for sites that are still in the site status 'Setting Up', learn more about site statuses here.

Can we change the score colours, or change the threshold?

Currently, it's not possible to customise the score colouring or edit the value required to change a score colour.

The Scorecard

This task summary at the top of each previous Complete Tasks page is a snapshot of the state of the world at the end of that business day.

Any task that's missed or not synced at the point at which the Score is calculated (at the end of the business day) is Scored as missed, and can't be recalculated.

Therefore, we strongly recommend making sure all tasks are completed and synced online before the end of the day - rather than the morning after. This will ensure the Scorecard accurately reflects the day's performance.

I forgot to close a day in Trail - can I change my score?

We do not change scores for compliance reasons, for any tasks that are missed or late it might be worth leaving a comment in the comments box explaining what has happened for your records.
