If your business is being affected by the Coronavirus outbreak, you may want to adapt your tasks to the new working day of your teams. Or you may need to temporarily change the statuses of your sites.

Following the guide below is the best way to ensure that your teams are working as safely as possible where your sites are still operating. Or, if your doors are closing for a little while, that your billing is suspended and your teams able to jump straight back in when you reopen.

Sites Remaining Operational

If your sites are still active in any capacity - we can help.

Whether that means training-up teams in new areas, meeting increased health & safety demands over this period or just continuing with key compliance checks.

Reach out to support or your Customer Success Manager if your teams will be adapting to new markets in the coming weeks - for example, becoming more delivery-focused. With a new, tailored set of tasks, you'll be able to train teams and drive behaviours to face these fresh challenges head on.

We've also made a library of templates with additional cleaning & compliance tasks so you can be sure you're operating as safely as possible during this period. Check out this article to find out more.

Sites Closing for a Week or Longer

Sites that are shutting up shop for a sustained period of time should be Deactivated. This makes them temporarily inactive - you won't be billed, tasks won't be created and teams won't be scored.

When the time comes to open your doors again, you'll be able to set a Live Date. We'll make sure everything is exactly as you left it and you'll be ready to go again.

Sites Shutting for a Few Days

If your sites are going to be closed on a one-off basis for a few days, you can use the 'Closed for Holiday' function.

As before, you'll need to head to the site's settings page. Scrolling down you'll see a calendar view which allows you to close on an ad-hoc basis. You won't be scored on these days.

If you need to make changes to your business hours that are going to be ongoing, e.g. you're no longer opening on Wednesdays for the foreseeable future, you're able to do this by changing the business hours. Here's an article that explains more.
