Only Admins and Managers can unlock completed tasks

If you're a team member, please contact your Site Manager, Ops Manager or Admin/Champion - the Trail support team can't unlock it for you.

  • Managers can unlock today's tasks
  • Admins can unlock tasks from previous days

Step 1:

Head to the Sites page and select the site in need of assistance

Step 2:

Open up the completed section and click the button that says “Reopen”.

This will then revert the task back to its previous state, and you or your team will be able to continue filling it out.
