Site scores are available on the Standard Plan only, plan upgrades can be made at any time from the Billing Panel.

πŸ’‘ Note: Only Manager and admin-level users will have access to site scores. Managers will only have access to the scores for the sites they are assigned to.

How do I use the Scores page?

Trail is more than just a paper replacement. Digitising all the daily processes opens up trends across sites and over time, allowing you to spot problems and focus on fixes.

Sites are scored on whether tasks are completed on time, early, late or missed. The results are averaged each day - more here on how scores are calculated

The results are displayed in the Score Report and tracked over time. Low scores are highlighted in sites or on certain days, allowing you to drill down to fix task schedules or work on staff training.

Scores are also averaged by Area and total Company score. Daily, Weekly and Monthly views give a better understanding of improvements over time.

You can drill down even further into your Score data by filtering performance by Task(s), Tag(s) or Site(s).
