Ensuring that sites receive the correct tasks is crucial to your day-to-day operations. Sites are the backbone of Trail and for tasks to be available to your teams, they have to be assigned to sites.
How do I assign a task to my site?
Head to the Manage Tasks page
Select the task you would like to assign and hit 'Edit'
Head to the 'Assign' tab
Select which sites require the task or choose 'Select all' if the task applies to all sites
Publish your changes
How do I bulk assign tasks to sites?
Head to the Manage Tasks page
Select the checkboxes next to each task you would like to assign to a site
Once you have selected your desired tasks hit the 'Assign' button in the toolbar at the top of the page
Select which sites require the task or choose 'Select all' if the task applies to all sites
Confirm site assignment by selecting 'Yes, assign'
This will update your tasks

How can I see which tasks are already assigned to sites?
Head to the Manage Tasks page
On the left-hand side there are filters with for each of your sites, select your desired site(s)
This will filter the list of tasks on the right-hand side to what has been assigned
