Applying the setting 'Restrict to camera only on mobile devices' allows admins to have peace of mind that their teams are adding new images each time they are requested. This setting only allows teams to open their camera when adding to the field on a mobile device and does not allow them to add photos from their device library.
There are two places in the app that this setting can be enabled:
The comments box
In the Record Log File or Photo field
How do I set this up for the comments box?
Head to the task which needs the setting applied
Scroll to the bottom of the Task Editor to the 'Comments' section
Select restrict to camera only on mobile device
Publish the changes

Head to the task which needs the setting applied
Head to the Record Log section
Add a file or photo field
Select the 'Camera only' checkbox
Publish the changes
