Trail is a web application that will run in any modern browser. This means that it will run on virtually any device including tablets, mobile phones, ePOS systems and of course your trusty back-office PC.
We recommend 2 devices per site if teams are sharing - or you could always let staff bring their own.
Supported Browsers
Trail should run happily on any modern browser. Here are the minimum versions of browsers we support:
Chrome 50+
Edge 80+
Safari 11.3+
Devices
We do not recommend specific device models, but as a minimum, the device must be able to run one of the supported browsers above.
In order for your teams to have the best Trail experience, devices should meet the following requirements:
iOS
Our recommendation for Apple devices is any device that supports the following iOS version:
iOS 11.3+ (Safari 11.3+)
Android
Due to the diversity of available Android tablets, our general recommendation is for a device that meets the following specifications:
Android 7+ (Chrome 50+)
Quad-core CPU running at 1.3GHz+
At least 1 GB RAM
At least 16 GB Flash Memory
