Whether it's for custom reports or analysis outside Trail, you can download all your data on the Export tab (Standard Plan only)
Head to your 'Reports' page in the top left and then select the 'Export' tab.
1. Select a date range
You can export up to 3 months of data. For anything further back, just contact the support team and we'll be happy to send it over.
2. Select your sites
Only sites you have access to will be listed here - so Managers will only see their own, whereas Admins will see all. Select a Site Group for multiple sites.
3. Select an export type
There are two ways of viewing the data:
Task completion is a bit like the Site Scores report. It'll show you which tasks were completed on time, late or missed. It won't include any task data like record logs or comments.
Task content has all the data collected on individual tasks. You must export one task at a time, because each task has a different structure and can't be blended into one file.
4. Download the report
Your file will be emailed to the address on your account (check spam/junk inboxes!). For more ideas on how to use the data in other reporting tools, just get in touch with your Customer Success manager and they'll be happy to help.
Plans & Permissions
The Export feature is currently only available in the Standard plan - get in touch over the in app support if you're considering upgrading.
Admins & Managers can export data for their own site(s). Team users cannot.
