If your company is using Trail, or just getting started, you'll receive an invitation by email. You can't sign up via the website. If you haven't received an invite please contact the person responsible for setting up Trail.
If you or your team already has an account but you don't know the password, you can reset a new one. You'll need access to the registered email address.
Head to http://web.trailapp.com or copy and paste the link into your browser.
You will then see the following page. Once there, click the text that says "Lost password" on the bottom right hand corner.
Next, enter your email in the space provided and click the button beneath it that says "Reset Password".
An email will be sent to you. Check your inbox and open the email, then follow the password reset instructions.
Choose your new password, confirm your password by retyping it in the second box. Then click the "Change your password" button, and off you go.
Note: If your password reset instructions haven't appeared in your inbox within a few minutes, check your spam folder.
