Accessing Policies & Procedures is simple. Just click the Access button, then select it from the Products menu. You can easily switch between Trail and Policies & Procedures at any time.
Once inside, you’ll find three main sections:
Policies
This includes:
My Policies – where team members view and acknowledge documents assigned to them.
Policy Management – available to Editors and Admins, this is where documents are uploaded, edited, and published. You’ll see an organised list of all policies, including their type, version, and status.
Compliance
The Compliance Centre gives Admins visibility into who has read each policy, who’s overdue, and who hasn’t yet engaged. This helps ensure accountability and makes follow-ups easier.
Policy Settings
This is where Admins configure how documents are organised and assigned. Pay special attention to Policy Types, which help structure your content and streamline distribution to the right team members.
