Push notifications have always been one of the most requested features from Trail users. With the introduction of the Access EVO app, your teams can now receive real-time alerts directly to their devices. This means no longer relying solely on email or in-app updates.
This guide explains how notifications work in Trail EVO, how to enable them, and why the Access EVO app is essential.
What Notifications Are Available Through Trail EVO?
Trail EVO notifications help teams stay on top of key updates across Trail and Policies & Procedures. These alerts appear in the Notifications Feed, which brings together updates from all Access products your team uses. They also become push notifications when viewed from the Access EVO app!

How to Enable the Notifications Feed

On this page, you can select members individually by clicking their names, in groups by selecting multiple names at once, or all at once by clicking the double check mark icon.
You'll assign the Button Feed feature to members as a user, then hit Assign Feature. That's all there is to it- your users will now receive relevant Trail and Policies & Procedures notifications in their Feed.
Note: The notifications Feed must be enabled for members to receive push notifications!
