Find the e-learning
To access the product-specific courses, watch the video or follow the steps below:
In Access Evo, click Access Button
Click Learning, then click Finder.
Enter the product name, then press Enter.
Review the available courses, then select the one you need.
Click Start.
💡 Tip: If you don't have time now to complete the course, click the Save for later icon. You can then quickly launch the course from your For Later tab.
Missing something?
If you're having trouble accessing Learning or viewing your courses, there are a couple of common reasons this can happen. The sections below explain what’s going on and who to contact for help.
Learning is missing
If you can't see the Learning option after clicking Access Button, it's likely that you don't have the right role assigned to you in Access Evo. To get set up, reach out to your Evo Administrator, who can assign the right roles.
💡 Tip: Your Evo Administrator is someone within your organisation who has admin rights. If you don't know who this is, try reaching out to your manager, HR, or IT team.
Courses are missing
If some content isn’t visible in Learning, it may be because it's only available for purchase. For more information or to purchase learning content, contact your Account Manager or Customer Success Manager.
