I can't log in, what do I do?

If you've forgotten or don't know your username, email or password, you'll need to reset or ask an Admin for help

I don't have an account / I need to be added to an existing account.

If your company is using Trail, or just getting started, you'll receive an invitation by email.

You can't sign up to an existing account via the website.

If you haven't received an invite please contact the person responsible for setting up your Trail as Trail Support is unable to invite you to the account.

I don't know my password

Head to the login page and hit "Forgotten Your Password?", from there you'll be able to reset it via email.

You'll need to make sure you're fully logged out in order for this to work.

💡 Important: You'll need access to the email inbox. If it hasn't arrived within a few minutes, check your spam folder.


I can’t reset my password because I don't have access to the email inbox

If you're trying to reset your password but don't have access to the email inbox required, please contact your Trail Admin - they can set you up with a new account using your own email.

I’m replacing a member of staff who had the log in details

If you have a shared email address that you have access to, then you can reset the password to one you'd prefer by following the steps above.

However, If the previous member of staff used a personal email address that you don't have access to, please speak with your Trail Admin to archive the old user and set you up with a new one.
