The Task Reports page is a feature of the Standard plans only. Upgrade your plan from your Billing Panel

The Task Report feature is a great way to get a detailed, yet simple, overview of specific tasks across your business. Using customisable views, you can build the reports that matter for your operations.

If you’re new to Task Reports, you might want to check out the basics first here.

So how can you make the most of Task Reports? Let’s go through some typical scenarios where the Task Report feature comes into its own!

You’re expecting an audit and want to check teams' performance

If you’re searching for a particular task, use the search bar and type the task name.

If you’re searching by a tag, use the filter and select your tag.

You can then narrow down your search even more by selecting between certain dates, more tags, and even a particular site.

You’ve noticed some late or missed tasks recently

With the shortcuts panel, it’s even easier to see which tasks have been completed early, late or missed altogether.

You can then filter by sites and add a time frame to see which sites are missing tasks often and offer them the support they need.

If you want even more granular information, filtering by tags allows you to see similarly grouped tasks within a specific period.

You want to review task comments to see any issues cropping up

Our ‘Show’ filter means you can choose exactly what parts of a task you want to see; whether it be task content, comments, record logs or all three.

A shortcut is also available for viewing comments in Task Reports.

You want to view any corrective follow-up actions raised by the team

Using the shortcuts panel, or the Actions filter you'll be able to see any corrective follow-up actions raised by the team.

You need to see any exceptions reported in tasks

Using the Exceptions Filter, you can choose which kind of exception you need to see. For example, out-of-range temperatures would be classed as a 'Record Log Exception'.

The scenarios above are just a handful of simple examples of how Task Reports can help you scan relevant data quickly. You can of course combine the filters, shortcuts, and views to really make the task report suit your needs.

💡 Top tip: if there’s a filter you visit often, you can save a shortcut by bookmarking the URL so you can revisit them in a click!
