Exceptions are available on the Standard Plan only, plan upgrades can be made at any time from the Billing Panel.

Applying exceptions to Record Logs

There are two kinds of Record Log exceptions:

1) Options field exceptions - if an undesirable answer is selected from an options field question an exception can be logged.

2) Out-of-range exceptions - if an answer is provided to a field outside of a set acceptable range.

Reporting by Exceptions

  • While it's reassuring to have smooth day-to-day operations, it's equally important to be aware when things deviate from the norm.

  • Our reporting by exceptions feature enables you to swiftly identify tasks that may not have been completed as anticipated, directly on your Task Reports page, at a glance.

To see Record Log Exceptions, head to Task Reports. You can use the Exceptions filter and choose Record Log Exception to see Out Of Range exceptions, and Options Field exceptions.

💡 Note: Only Manager and admin-level users will have access to the Reports tab. Managers will only have access to reports for the sites they are assigned to.
