Signing in with Access Identity

Users must sign in with Access to start using EVO features.

Read more about logging in with Access single-sign-on here

Managing Users

You can manage the products and modules your users can access with the Members app.

  • To find this, log into your workspace with Access Identity and select the Members icon πŸ‘₯ in the top right-hand corner.

  • Select the user you want to manage access for and select Manage roles.

    • Note: You can also add new users from this view (which will give them access to single-sign-on login with Access )

Assigning products & roles

  • In the Manage roles view, select the product you want to grant access to and select the role.

    • Providing access to a product from here will enable it in the EVO button products list (read more here).

      • You will still need to assign locations or any other product-specific permissions from within each individual product.

Note: Trail users can be given an Admin or User role from this view - if they are already in Trail as any role beneath Admin, give them the User role (this will not overwrite their custom role in Trail).

Managing EVO features

You can also manage user access to the EVO Copilot feature.

  • To do this, select Manage Features.

  • Selecting User will allow access to Copilot (No Access should be enabled by default).

Using the app

You can install the Access EVO app on your device for an alternative mobile-friendly experience.

The app is also the key to push notifications. By installing the app, the device will be able to receive push notifications.
