Evo helps you get quick answers, follow the right steps, and stay up to date with what matters in your day-to-day work.

Written by Caroline Joyce

Before you get started

Before you can use Evo, you’ll need to connect your Trail account to Access. When you sign in to Trail, you’ll see a prompt to Connect your Evo account.

This includes:

  • A countdown showing how many days remain in your grace period (for example, “5 days remaining”)

  • A Continue with Access button to start the connection process

  • A Skip for now option if you want to continue to Trail for that session

  • A Learn more link if you need more information

To get started with Evo, select Continue with Access and follow the steps to connect your account.

Once the connection is complete, you’ll be automatically redirected back to Trail and can start using Evo.

Getting started with Evo

Using Evo is simple, and it all starts with one thing: the Evo button.

Open it whenever you need to:

  • Ask a question

  • Check notifications

  • Find guidance or policies

  • Stay on top of updates

It’s your go-to place for support while you work.

What you can do with Evo

What you see in Evo depends on how your organisation has set it up, but here are the main ways it can help.

Get answers fast

If Copilot is available, you can ask questions and get instant answers based on your organisation’s own policies and processes.

For example:

“How do I report an incident?”

“What’s the process for booking time off?”

Access policies and procedures

You may be able to open and read policies or guidance directly in Evo, so you always know you’re following the latest process.

Stay up to date

Evo can keep you informed with important updates, reminders, or actions that need your attention.

A quick note

Your experience of Evo may vary. Features like Copilot, policies, or the notifications feed depend on what your organisation has enabled.

If you’re unsure what’s available, your Admin can help!
