  • Convenient access: Get direct access to knowledge base articles from within your software, helping you find the information you need without leaving Trail.

  • 24/7 availability: Your Trail Digital Assistant is available at any time, providing guidance whenever you need it.

  • Human support when you need it: If the Digital Assistant cannot fully resolve your query, simply continue typing in the chat to let it know you need more help. A member of our Support Team will join the conversation through Live Chat to assist you further, ensuring you receive the right level of support.


Use the Trail Digital Assistant

To use the Trail Digital Assistant, follow the steps below:

  1. In Trail, click the Trail Digital Assistant icon.

  2. Select the category you'd like help with, then select the specific query.

  3. If your query isn't listed, click Something else, and our AI assistant will try to help you.

    • The Trail Digital Assistant searches the full knowledge base to generate a suitable answer.

  4. Review the answer and suggested guides.

  5. Confirm whether the answer has resolved your query.

    • If your query is answered, type that helped in the chat to let the Trail Digital Assistant know it helped.

    • If your query is not resolved, simply type in the chat 'Get More Help' to speak to the team.
